Enter your tracking number, this will be supplied when your item has been shipped.

 

I need to return my item?

Personalised items and earrings are not eligible for return and refund, unless faulty. We do offer exchanges for a change of chain size.

 

How can I make  a return?

Please contact us at charmedjewellery.enquiries@gmail.com to inform us you would like to return your item. Please include your order number and reason for return.

 

I need to change my personalisation?

If your order has not been shipped, then please contact us at charmedjewellery.enquiries@gmail.com as soon as possible with your changes.

 

My order has arrived wrong, what should I do?

Although our items are carefully prepared by our skilled team, human error can very occasionally happen. Please email us at charmedjewellery.enquiries@gmail.com as soon as possible with a photo of the error.
